Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Sale items, headwraps, scarves, and accessories are final sales and not eligible for return.
• Returns must be approved before being sent back.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at naomisewinghaven@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: 
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us at naomisewinghaven@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate if stock is available.
